Someone has an idea and it converts well. Then?

Someone copies that idea. Then someone copies that idea. Then you see that idea and copy it.

The problem? The idea gets worse by a fraction with each copy (let alone you don’t understand the back-end behind what you’re actually copying). It mutates at every stage and ends up being useless.

Now, it’s fine to curate content and give credit where credit is due. But your core offer should be unique. That’s how you stand out and win.
